A recce was done by the Indian Mountaineering Foundation mountaineering expedition team at Ladakh region, upto 5050 m altitude and -10°C of cold windy weather. Material of the clothing for Thermaissance Level I and Level II was found good, light weight and comfortable to wear. For the Balaclava, no irritation was felt and temperature control was good. For socks, no irritation was felt after wearing it for a long period.

Thermaissance socks are outstanding for military use. During long hot trainings/rucks in Georgia summers (104°F heat and 95%v humidity), my feet were the only part dry on my body. I have tried many brands of socks and these are by far the best. After numerous washes and tough use, they retain their form and function remarkably well. The quality of the fabric is good with effective sweat absorption. The t-shirts and lowers are fitting well as per the earmarked sizes. The designing and finish of the clothes are remarkable. The clothes have prvoed to be easy to wash with fast colors, which do not fade after repeated washing. The material dries up relatively quickly and does not require any special care/ treatment for washing. This morning I needed to remove snow from our driveway. Temperatures with the winds are low double digits but I think they are hitting single digits with wind.
